Dreamy Gold pieces are made and personalized with quality materials selected for everyday use. Because each piece is different, care recommendations may vary by product.

JEWELRY

😍 Designed to last and be worn daily! We pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our products so our jewelry is water resistant and sweat resistant. We use an innovative technique where the jewelry is vacuum coated (PVD) in layers of 18K real gold which is 10x stronger than regular gold-plated jewelery. Our 18K Gold is plated over 316L surgical grade premium stainless steel, our silver jewelry is also made from surgical grade premium stainless steel, which is a very durable metal. Our products do not tarnish, oxidise or rust and they are hypoallergenic.

With proper care and handling, your jewelry can last a long time by following these care instructions:

♡ Our jewelry can be worn in water, however we do recommend limiting prolonged exposure to water to keep your jewelry looking its best.

♡ We recommend removing your jewelry while participating in activities where your jewelry could get pulled, scratched or subjected to friction.

♡ When applying any products such as perfumes, lotions or hair products, wait until they are dry to put on your jewelry piece.

♡ We recommend removing your jewelry before going to sleep to avoid tangling or being pulled on, which could lead to breakage.

♡ When you are not wearing your jewelry, we recommend storing them in your Dreamy Gold box or pouch to help maintain their luster and extend their lifespan.

♡ Clean your jewelry with your lint free Dreamy Gold soft polishing cloth.


COMPACT MIRRORS

Our luxury compact mirrors are carefully selected and professionally personalized by Dreamy Gold. Because compact materials and finishes can vary depending on the original piece, care should be taken to preserve both the compact and its engraved design.

♡ Do not use abrasive cleaners or rough materials on the engraved surface. Gently wipe with your included Dreamy Gold soft lint-free polishing cloth when needed.

♡ Store safely in your included Dreamy Gold compact pouch when not in use to help preserve its finish and engraving.


KEYCHAINS

Our keychains are designed to be carried and enjoyed every day. Because they are frequently exposed to keys, bags and other everyday objects, normal signs of wear and occasional surface scratching may occur over time. Our keychains are made from durable 18K Gold PVD plated over 316L surgical grade premium stainless steel, our silver keychains are also made from surgical grade premium stainless steel. They do not tarnish, oxidise or rust and they are hypoallergenic.

♡ Avoid prolonged exposure to water, moisture and harsh chemicals.

♡ Gently wipe with your included Dreamy Gold soft lint free polishing cloth when needed.

Take a clear/in focus image of your pets paw and/or nose. Upload it when selecting your engrave options or email it with your order number to hello@dreamygold.com.


FINGERPRINTS

HOW DO I CAPTURE FINGERPRINTS?
Here are 3 ways to capture fingerprints:
1. Use the traditional non-toxic inkpad and paper method.
2. With your phone, take a picture of your actual finger - turn the flash off and make sure the image is in focus.
3. With a pencil, scribble on paper, rub the finger into the scribbled area, put a clear piece of scotch tape over the finger, remove it and stick the tape onto white paper to reveal the print. Take a photo of the print, upload it when selecting your engrave options or email it with your order number to hello@dreamygold.com.


HAND & FOOTPRINTS 👣

HOW DO I CAPTURE HAND & FOOTPRINTS?
Here are 3 ways to capture hand and footprints:
1. Use the traditional non-toxic inkpad and paper method.
2. Apply a thin layer of non-toxic paint on the hand or foot, press onto white paper and take a clear picture.
3. With your phone, take a picture of the actual hand or foot - turn the flash off and make sure the image is in focus. Upload the image when selecting your engrave options or email it with your order number to hello@dreamygold.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MONOGRAM DESIGN PROOF?
Each monogram is individually hand-drawn by our team, we will email your monogram design proof, for your approval within 2 days of you placing your order.

When you start personalizing your jewelry on a mobile, your live design preview will appear on your screen as you start selecting options. When you start personalizing on a laptop or desktop, the live design preview will appear in the top left of your screen as you start selecting options.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S orders. We design, assemble and ship orders from our U.S. studio Monday to Friday. Items are shipped between 2-3 business days of receiving your order.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Dreamy Gold jewelry — but if it’s not a perfect fit, no worries! You can return any unworn, non-personalized items in its original packaging, within 30 days of the delivery for a full refund or store credit. To get started send us an email to hello@dreamygold.com. Personalized items are final sale but they are backed by our warranty.
