- Broken chains, clasps or settings
- Incorrect or missing engraving
- Loose or missing stones (not caused by impact or misuse)
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading
- Lost or stolen items
- Repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by anyone other than Dreamy Gold
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, or improper care outside our care guidelines

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
To make a warranty claim please email us at hello@dreamygold.com with your order number and images of your jewelry issue. Warranty claims are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved claims will receive detailed return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
