WHATS COVERED

  • Broken chains, clasps or settings
  • Incorrect or missing engraving
  • Loose or missing stones (not caused by impact or misuse)

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by anyone other than Dreamy Gold
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, or improper care outside our care guidelines

HOW IT WORKS

If your jewelry qualifies under the 365-day warranty, Dreamy Gold will resolve the issue with one of the following options:

  • Free repair
  • Replacement with the same or a comparable item
  • Dreamy Gold online store credit

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

To make a warranty claim please email us at hello@dreamygold.com with your order number and images of your jewelry issue. Warranty claims are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved claims will receive detailed return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
