We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S orders. We design, assemble and ship orders from our U.S. studio Monday to Friday. Items are shipped between 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
Standard USPS Shipping: 3-5 business days
Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
• We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and transit time will update in your cart. Shipping to Canada, UK and the rest of the world takes between 6-10 business day.
CANCELLATIONS
Please request a cancellation within 6 hours of your purchase, as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible.
DUTIES & TAXES
• US, CA, AU, EUROPE: Prices include taxes and duties. There will be no charges upon delivery.
• OTHER COUNTRIES: Local duties and taxes may be applied to your package. We have no control over these fees. Please refer to your country's customs and import website for more information.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Dreamy Gold jewelry — but if it’s not a perfect fit, no worries! You can return any unworn, non-personalized items in its original packaging, within 30 days of the delivery for a full refund or store credit. To get started send us an email to hello@dreamygold.com. Personalized items are final sale but they are backed by our warranty.
